After the initial phone discussion and you have booked our service, we will send you an email with forms that need to be completed before our consultation. Once we receive the forms back in the office, a Guardian Pet Sitters® interviewer will call to setup an appointment for the registration visit.
To get started, we want to meet with you and your pets to complete the necessary paperwork and ask pertinent questions. We assign you an interviewer and a primary pet sitter. We always want each client to have two people that know the pets and home. Being ready for any type of emergency, whether it is human or animal related, is important to offering quality care. Our team will interact with your pets, and become familiar with your home. Both will gladly answer any questions you may have. The appointment takes approximately 20– 45 minutes (depending upon # of animals), and by the time it’s over, you will have complete confidence that your pets will be well cared for by Guardian Pet Sitters®.
